Lashes not working?

You are in the right place! Don't worry it can take a few tries to get the hang of it.

Please check the following in order:

1. Magnets Are Aligned

Check that the magnets on the top lash are in line with the magnets on the bottom lash. If they are slightly out of line it will not connect.

2. Magnets Face Each Other

Take a close look at your lashes. Make sure the thicker side with the magnet is facing outward, away from the applicator and towards the opposite lash.

3. Both Lash Pieces Curve Upwards

Look at the side of your applicator. Make sure both lashes curve upward, following the natural curve of your lash.

Below is the correct application, if lashes are upside down it will not work.
